Can I request a custom design?

We currently do not accept individual custom design requests. However, we are developing custom product options for brand partner teams. If you're interested in team orders with custom designs, please contact us to discuss options.

What if my item doesn't fit?

Each product listing includes a detailed size chart. Please review sizing information carefully before ordering, as we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the custom print-on-demand nature of our products.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a defective item or there's a printing error, please contact us immediately through our contact page and we'll make it right.

No, our products are not affiliated with or endorsed by Lifewave. They are designed specifically for independent brand marketers who want to promote Lifewave Patches through custom apparel and accessories.
